The questions we get asked most
If yours is not here, call us. We would rather talk it through than have you guess.
Everything, in one place
01 What services does Super Shine offer?
A complete range of car care: hand car wash, detailing, ceramic paint protection, paint protection film, window tinting, vinyl wrap, and wheel and caliper respray. We also run dealership and fleet programs.
02 What is ceramic coating and how does it work?
A ceramic coating bonds with your paint to form a durable protective layer. It enhances gloss, repels water, resists UV and makes washing far easier, keeping the vehicle looking newer for longer.
03 What is paint protection film?
PPF is a virtually invisible urethane layer that shields your paint from scratches, stone chips, road debris and environmental damage. It is the most effective way to protect original paintwork.
04 How long does a detailing service take?
Depending on the condition of the vehicle and the package selected, detailing takes anywhere from two to six hours. Coating and film work runs one to four days. We give you an accurate estimate when you book.
05 Do you service luxury and exotic vehicles?
Yes. We are trusted by Sydney collectors and enthusiasts, and our team is experienced with luxury, vintage and high performance vehicles.
06 Are your products safe for all paint finishes?
Yes. We use professional grade products that are safe on all vehicle types, including matte, gloss and metallic finishes.
07 Do I need an appointment?
For a wash, no. Just drive in. For detailing, coating, film, tint or wrap work, book ahead so we can allocate a bay and the right technician.
08 Do you provide aftercare support?
Yes. We give you guidance on maintaining the vehicle after a ceramic coating or PPF, including washing technique and ongoing maintenance advice.
09 Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. We stand behind every service, and our film and tint products carry manufacturer warranties. Your satisfaction and your paint are the priority.
10 Can I buy your products for DIY use?
Our products are used in house by our trained team to guarantee the result. We do not currently sell them to the public.
Still not sure?
